- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been seeing Dr. Shipper & the staff for over 10 years. I live in Kitchener now, and refuse to change despite the drive because of the incredible care this team has given. The clinic is always clean, organized, and up to date with important information depending on the season. The staff is always warm, friendly & competent. I never feel rushed during appointments, yet never feel like I am kept waiting an unreasonable amount of time. The staff is very reasonable about faxing prescriptions, and making sure things are done without unnecessary appointments.
